Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health business or related field plus three years of project coordination or administrative support experience
  • Or HS diploma plus seven years of project coordination or administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Knowledge of maternal health initiatives preferred
  • Commitment to improving maternal health outcomes
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening including criminal background check

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in coordinating logistics and managing multiple priorities

  • Ability to analyze and manage data for program evaluation
  • Commitment to advancing maternal health outcomes and supporting UAMS's mission

Job Duties

  • Assist with statewide provider training logistics including scheduling materials development and tracking attendance
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful program implementation
  • Provide administrative support including maintaining project timelines coordinating communication and preparing reports
  • Organize meetings webinars and events related to maternal health initiatives
  • Collect and enter data on training participation and outcomes maintain records and support performance reporting for grant-funded activities
  • Provide general support to ACWIH projects and staff as needed
  • Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and assist in continuous improvement efforts
