Job Requirements

  • Must be age 21 or older
  • university degree or equivalent work experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and manage a team
  • capable of handling emergencies and problem-solving
  • availability to work nights and weekends
  • legal authorization to work in the U.S or possess a valid work permit

Job Duties

  • Execute all aspects of the activities program for the school including theme weeks and large-scale events
  • promote activities and excursions while monitoring and creating content for social media platforms
  • oversee the distribution of all tickets vouchers and itineraries for off-campus excursions
  • lead regular staff meetings ensuring all leaders are clear on the weekly activity plan
  • respond to problems and emergency situations should they arise
  • be available to work nights and weekends at events
