Job Requirements
- Age 21 or older
- Must be legally able to work in the U.S or have a work permit
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Experience in event or activity management preferred

- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Enthusiastic organized and a natural leader
- Strong communicator
- Able to work independently and lead a team with little oversight from a manager
- Decisive able to act fast and make informed decisions in the moment
- Passionate about customer service and quality
- Must be legally able to work in the U.S or have a work permit
- Applicants must be age 21 or older
Job Duties
- Execute all aspects of the activities program for the school including theme weeks and large-scale events
- Promote activities and excursions while monitoring and creating content for social media platforms
- Oversee the distribution of all tickets vouchers and itineraries for off-campus excursions
- Lead regular staff meetings ensuring all leaders are clear on the weekly activity plan
- Respond to problems and emergency situations should they arise
- Be available to work nights and weekends at events
