Job Requirements

  • Age 21 or older
  • Must be legally able to work in the U.S or have a work permit
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • Experience in event or activity management preferred

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Enthusiastic organized and a natural leader
  • Strong communicator
  • Able to work independently and lead a team with little oversight from a manager
  • Decisive able to act fast and make informed decisions in the moment
  • Passionate about customer service and quality
  • Must be legally able to work in the U.S or have a work permit
  • Applicants must be age 21 or older

Job Duties

  • Execute all aspects of the activities program for the school including theme weeks and large-scale events
  • Promote activities and excursions while monitoring and creating content for social media platforms
  • Oversee the distribution of all tickets vouchers and itineraries for off-campus excursions
  • Lead regular staff meetings ensuring all leaders are clear on the weekly activity plan
  • Respond to problems and emergency situations should they arise
  • Be available to work nights and weekends at events
