Job Duties

  • Craft and execute a diverse schedule of meaningful activities and events that resonate with residents
  • prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and calendars
  • arrange for community groups to visit
  • educate, train, and inspire team members to foster meaningful connections and a strong community
  • compile biographies on each new resident to ensure a warm and customized welcome
  • create ambiance by decorating common areas for special events and holidays
  • maintain inventory and manage budget aligning with the community’s goals and standards
