Job Duties
- Craft and execute a diverse schedule of meaningful activities and events that resonate with residents
- prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and calendars
- arrange for community groups to visit
- educate, train, and inspire team members to foster meaningful connections and a strong community
- compile biographies on each new resident to ensure a warm and customized welcome
- create ambiance by decorating common areas for special events and holidays
- maintain inventory and manage budget aligning with the community’s goals and standards
