Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
- Availability to work full-time
- Ability to engage with seniors in a friendly manner
- Willingness to undergo paid training
- Basic computer skills helpful but not required
Job Qualifications

- CPR certification preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinating and leading resident activities throughout the day
- Assisting in the planning of events for the community
- Assist in the onboarding of new residents
- Coordinate resident meetings
- Plan community specific activities
- Engage residents with creative and interactive recreation programs
- Monitor the safety and well-being of residents during activities
