Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must pass criminal background check and drug test
- ability to engage seniors with enthusiasm
- reliable and punctual
- basic computer skills
- flexible schedule to accommodate events
- willingness to undergo paid training
Job Qualifications
- Creative and energetic personality
- proficient in English
- CPR certification preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work with seniors compassionately
- experience in activity coordination or related field is a plus
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Coordinating and leading resident activities throughout the day
- assisting in the planning of events for the community
- assist in the onboarding of new residents
- coordinate resident meetings
- plan community specific activities
- provide engaging and meaningful social programs
- ensure activities meet resident needs and preferences
