Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer one year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors
  • Requires current Class C driver license, prefer Class B to transport residents
  • Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs
  • Willing to comply with health and safety policies including vaccination and PPE use

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Assist the Memory Care Director in providing a creative and rewarding social atmosphere throughout the secured Traditions area
  • Promote resident participation through regularly scheduled activities, excursions, special events, guest speakers, movie showings, exercise sessions, clubs, games, art opportunities, and educational classes
  • Communicate effectively and display tact and friendliness when dealing with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards
  • Drive Community vehicles as needed
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
