Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer one year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors
- Requires current Class C driver license, prefer Class B to transport residents
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs
- Willing to comply with health and safety policies including vaccination and PPE use

Job Duties
- Assist the Memory Care Director in providing a creative and rewarding social atmosphere throughout the secured Traditions area
- Promote resident participation through regularly scheduled activities, excursions, special events, guest speakers, movie showings, exercise sessions, clubs, games, art opportunities, and educational classes
- Communicate effectively and display tact and friendliness when dealing with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, and supervisors
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards
- Drive Community vehicles as needed
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
