Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer one year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Willingness to comply with Oakmont Management Group's health and safety protocols including vaccination, screening, and use of personal protective equipment as required

Job Duties
- Design and lead a full calendar of engaging, meaningful activities tailored to the abilities and interests of memory care residents
- Foster an environment of belonging, warmth, and dignity where every resident feels valued and included
- Partner closely with families, caregivers, and department directors to ensure programs enhance residents' emotional and cognitive well-being
- Train and inspire the activities team to deliver creative, heartfelt programming that celebrates the individuality of each resident
- Bring creativity, patience, and compassion to every day-turning small interactions into special memories
