Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality, healthcare, or high-touch client-services environment
- Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to design and facilitate engaging activities for older adults
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance including HIPAA
- Ability to work with diverse senior populations
- High emotional intelligence and integrity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience

- Experience working in clinic or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with warm and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to design, prepare, and lead hands-on activities tailored to older adult interests and abilities
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare functions including clinical workflows and quality improvement initiatives
- Ability to work effectively with seniors and diverse populations
- Demonstrated creativity and adaptability in activity planning
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of center activities including strategy, communication, setup, facilitation, and breakdown
- Ensure all member activities adhere to compliance requirements and healthcare regulations including HIPAA and patient safety standards
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and accessible activity center environment
- Support building and strengthening community partnerships with healthcare providers and organizations
- Partner with Center Manager to ensure effective communication between center staff, activity coordinator function, and members
- Communicate programming schedules, event updates, and engagement opportunities
- Track and report on member engagement, participation trends, and activity outcomes
