Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event planning or coordination preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic budgeting skills
- knowledge or interest in Hawaiian culture and local community

Job Duties
- Develop and execute monthly activity calendars that support student engagement, cultural learning, and social connection
- maintain accurate systems, records, and activity information to ensure smooth planning and execution
- build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and experience providers
- collect, review, and process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- demonstrate budget awareness and cost consciousness in all planning and purchasing decisions
- prepare, organize, and manage all necessary materials and supplies for activities and events
- ensure a balanced mix of on-campus and off-campus programming that meets student interests and enhances the overall student experience
