Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years experience in clerical office work reception customer service volunteer coordination or a related field
- ability to read speak write and follow oral and written directions
- organizational skills phone skills and a professional phone voice
- knowledge of basic office equipment including fax machines typewriters photocopiers
- computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Job Duties
- champion Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) culture by ingraining the mission vision and core values into all aspects of the role
- create and coordinate programs with schools musical organizations youth groups and other community partners
- develop a monthly calendar of events to meet resident needs
- direct and supervise volunteer programs manage meeting room reservations assist with planning and executing community activities and special events
- maintain and update Resident Intranet and digital signage content train and assist residents with technology orientation and use of the resident business office
- support communications by publishing the resident newsletter preparing announcements and providing clerical assistance including filing typing and office equipment maintenance
- assist the Resident Services Director with budget research and preparation and perform other duties as assigned
