Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or client-services environment
- Experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to design and facilitate engaging and therapeutic activities for older adults
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including seniors, staff, providers, family members, and vendors
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of center activities including strategy, communication, setup, facilitation, and breakdown to ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Ensure all member activities comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and patient safety standards
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and accessible activity center environment that supports participation by all members
- Support community partnerships by building relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations
- Communicate programming schedules, event updates, and engagement opportunities to staff and members
- Track and report on member engagement, participation trends, and activity outcomes
- Share insights with the Center Manager to improve programming and member experience
