Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in clerical office work, reception, customer service, volunteer coordination, or a related field
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions
  • Organizational skills
  • Phone skills
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment including fax machines, typewriters, photocopiers
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Job Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional phone communication skills

Job Duties

  • Champion PRS culture by ingraining mission, vision, and core values into job role
  • Create and coordinate programs with community partners and develop monthly event calendar
  • Direct and supervise volunteer programs and manage meeting room reservations
  • Assist with planning and executing community activities and special events
  • Maintain and update Resident Intranet and digital signage content
  • Train and assist residents with technology use and resident business office
  • Support communications by publishing resident newsletter, preparing announcements, and providing clerical assistance
  • Assist Resident Services Director with budget research and preparation
