Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in a related senior living or activity coordination role
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • ability to communicate effectively with seniors and team members
  • basic computer literacy
  • compassionate and patient demeanor
  • residency within the state of Colorado

Job Qualifications

  • Compassionate spirit with enthusiasm for senior care
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory
  • strong communication skills
  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • basic understanding of computer programs

Job Duties

  • Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents
  • use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed
  • educate, train, and encourage team members on personalized activity opportunities
  • meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding
  • decorate common areas for special events and holidays
  • take attendance and photographs of daily activities
  • ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents' rights
  • attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning
  • perform other duties as assigned
