Job Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Compassionate spirit with enthusiasm for senior care
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Residency within the state of the community’s location
  • Successful completion of state-required screening process

Job Qualifications

  • Compassionate spirit with enthusiasm for senior care
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in psychology or kinesiology preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills to connect and engage with residents
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Basic understanding of computer programs

Job Duties

  • Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents
  • Use the community vehicle to transport residents as needed
  • Educate, train, and encourage team members on personalized activity opportunities
  • Meet and greet each resident upon move-in to foster community bonding
  • Decorate common areas for special events and holidays
  • Take attendance and photographs of daily activities, creating lasting memories
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to all regulations regarding residents' rights
  • Attend training sessions and engage in continuous learning
  • Perform other duties as assigned
