Job Requirements

  • Temporary employment status
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Current or obtainable Arizona Safe Food Handler Certificate and Title 4 Alcohol Certification within 15 days of hire
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform setup tasks
  • Ability to follow safety and compliance protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry out physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Quick thinking and adaptability to manage unexpected event situations or emergencies
  • Attention to detail to ensure all setups meet required standards and events run smoothly
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with event staff
  • Current Arizona Safe Food Handler Certificate and Title 4 Alcohol Certification or willingness to obtain within 15 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Setup and breakdown of event venues including chairs, tables, stages, and audio-visual equipment
  • Welcome guests and provide information and cashier services
  • Manage event registrations and ticketing under the direction of an event manager
  • Ensure safety protocols and compliance with fire code regulations and emergency procedures
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly
  • Be flexible to fill different department roles such as cashier, bar back, ticket taker, and banquet food server
  • Assist in packing up and cleaning venues post-events
