Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 2-3 years previous office or events planning experience
- Proven customer service skills particularly with older adults
- Availability to work part-time hours with flexible scheduling
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- 2-3 years previous office or events planning experience
- Proven and effective customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Skilled in operating standard office equipment including multi-line telephones, copiers, and calculators
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and the public by answering inquiries, giving directions, and offering general assistance
- Process event and tour reservations, including collecting payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate transaction records
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, forward messages as appropriate, and provide accurate information in a courteous manner
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks
- Assist with the preparation of travel and on-site events
- Provide support for event setup, decorating, teardown, and day-of event as needed
- Assist with club and group filing or other administrative tasks as assigned
