Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Interest in geriatric care including Alzheimer's and Dementia
- Experience with social or recreational activities programs
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Patient and tactful communication skills
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with variable hours

Job Duties
- Assist in planning and implementing activities programs
- Coordinate social events and community outings
- Encourage and motivate residents to participate
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Collaborate with team members on event organization
- Support residents with cognitive and physical needs
- Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents
