Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
- CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
- Maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Additional language skills preferred

Job Duties
- Plan, supervise and conduct various activities for guests
- Monitor the quality of activities and ensure standards are maintained
- Coordinate Hawaiian cultural activities including lei making, hula and ukulele lessons, arts, crafts and games
- Greet and communicate warmly with guests and explain daily activities
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Serve as a liaison or ambassador of the hotel assisting guests with information
