Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Valid driver license held for at least 3 years with a mostly clear record
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, including electronic documentation
  • Compassion and respect for the individuals supported
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic
  • Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in Day Services or a similar program such as elder care

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activity programs
  • Plan creative, purposeful group and individual activities
  • Provide delegation and support to Direct Support Professionals
  • Ensure accurate electronic documentation
  • Support individuals during community outings and group events
  • Assist with daily care needs, meals, and medication administration as needed
  • Apply Mandt techniques to support positive behavior
