Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid driver license held for at least 3 years with a mostly clear record
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, including electronic documentation
- Compassion and respect for the individuals supported
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in Day Services or a similar program such as elder care

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activity programs
- Plan creative, purposeful group and individual activities
- Provide delegation and support to Direct Support Professionals
- Ensure accurate electronic documentation
- Support individuals during community outings and group events
- Assist with daily care needs, meals, and medication administration as needed
- Apply Mandt techniques to support positive behavior
