Job Requirements
- compassion and respect for the individuals we support
- dependability and a strong work ethic
- minimum age of 18
- a valid driver license held for at least 3 years with a mostly clear record
- ability to communicate clearly in English, including electronic documentation
- some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- experience in day services or a similar program such as elder care

Job Duties
- supervise and coordinate daily activity programs
- plan creative, purposeful group and individual activities
- provide delegation and support to direct support professionals
- ensure accurate electronic documentation
- support individuals during community outings and group events
- assist with daily care needs, meals, and medication administration as needed
- apply Mandt techniques to support positive behavior
