Job Requirements

Associate degree in adult education, business, or related field
two years of experience in senior program or curriculum development, adult education, or related field
valid driver's license
ability to drive and operate a passenger van
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to work independently
strong time management skills

Job Duties

Plan and implement classes for senior citizens
determine class schedule based on interest and past success
document daily attendance for classes
manage client enrollment process
oversee contract instructors and replace if necessary
serve as Center Manager in manager's absence
assist with Meals on Wheels program
drive and operate passenger van for off-site events
perform other duties as assigned
