Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
- One to two years of related experience in coordinating, planning, and executing group activities and events
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with standard office equipment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to drive community or personal vehicles for resident transportation
- Compliance with company motor vehicle policy standards
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and tablet use
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of holiday and cultural event planning
Job Duties
- Develop and implement activities, recreation, socialization, fitness, and adult-learning programs for senior residents
- Develop a monthly activity calendar including weekends to encourage social participation
- Utilize the community passenger vehicle to transport residents to appointments, events, and activities
- Drive the community passenger vehicle when designated drivers are unavailable
- Lead decorating and celebration efforts for major holidays and resident birthdays while respecting diverse religious preferences
- Coordinate special event planning to foster community engagement
- Maintain a safe and inviting environment for all senior residents
