Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
- One to two years of related experience in coordinating, planning, and executing group activities and events
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to proficiently operate standard office equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Compliance with company’s motor vehicle policy standards
- Ability to drive company provided or personal vehicle for outings
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, iPad, and tablet usage

Job Duties
- Develop and implement activities, recreation, socialization, fitness, and adult-learning programs for senior residents
- Develop a monthly calendar providing social and recreational activities daily including weekends
- Utilize community passenger vehicle to transport residents to and from appointments, events, and activities
- Drive the community passenger vehicle when no designated driver is available
- Lead decoration and celebration of major holidays and special occasions
- Ensure inclusivity of different religious holiday celebrations for residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors
