Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge and experience in the fitness industry including racquet sports and club amenities
- Lifeguard certification
- CPR, BLS/AED, First Aid certifications
- Experience with swimming and swim lesson programming
- Prior supervisory experience in swim lesson programming
- Experience in event planning, marketing or sales preferably in fitness, retail or hospitality industries
- Strong event planning and organizational skills
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- High regard and propensity for safety
- Must be Trustline registered or willing to register with support from employer
Job Qualifications

- Ability to pass CPR certification if not currently certified
- High regard for safety
- Trustline registration or willingness to become registered
Job Duties
- Develop all in-club activities programs including Tennis, Swim and Pickleball
- Retain club members through listening to member needs and presenting solutions
- Retain club activity participants by responding to member feedback
- Plan, schedule, and execute all scheduled club activities and provide instructor backup
- Plan, schedule and execute all marketing events
- Create and maintain relationships with event program vendors and partners
- Coordinate advertising through social media channels
- Manage club activities content on the club webpage
- Order supplies and maintain inventory for club activities
- Provide administrative support for club activities
- Supervise kids summer programs ensuring safety
- Act as the local community liaison
- Manage club event planning and party rentals
- Review daily KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure successful execution of marketing programs for retention and conversion
- Work within established budgets and identify areas for efficiency
- Lead and model In-Shape behaviors with core values
- Participate in maintaining a safe, clean, well-run club
- Interact with members to gather feedback and support club team
- Promote effective working relationships with internal and external partners
- Partner with club team to improve member experience
- Assist in ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
- Ensure club team models In-Shape behaviors
- Review club social media results for success and improvements
