Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- certification in first aid
- ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods during the shift
- ability to work a full-time schedule
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- adherence to professional appearance and confidentiality standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent such as ged
- certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (cpr)
- certification in first aid
- ability to handle recreational equipment and fitness training
- completion of all certifications required by local and state agencies
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- positive attitude and customer service focus
Job Duties
- serve as a key resource for all recreational activities on the property
- provide information to guests about available recreational facilities including pool, beach, entertainment areas, gym, and children's activity centers
- motivate, recruit, register, and organize guests for participation in recreational activities
- foster a fun, safe, and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- promote and enforce rules and safety regulations of recreational facilities
- observe activities and respond correctly to emergencies following operational procedures
- provide cashier service where applicable including processing payments for equipment rental, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales
