Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must possess valid driver’s license with good driving record
- One to two years of related experience in coordinating, planning, and executing group activities and events
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Proficient in operating standard office equipment
- Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with company’s Motor Vehicle Policy standards
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and usage of iPad/tablet and other technology devices

- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- One to two years of related experience in coordinating, planning, and executing group activities and events
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English with residents, staff, and vendors
- Proficient in operating standard office equipment

- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and technology devices like iPad or tablets
Job Duties
- Develop and implement activities, recreation, socialization, fitness, and adult-learning programs for senior residents
- Develop a monthly calendar that provides opportunities for residents to socialize and enjoy recreational activities each day, including weekends
- Utilize the community passenger vehicle for transporting residents to and from community appointments, events, and scheduled activities
- Drive the community passenger vehicle as needed when a designated driver is not available
- Take leadership role in decorating and celebrating major holidays including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, Veterans Day, Memorial Day, December holidays, New Year’s, Resident Birthdays, and Valentine’s Day
- Ensure celebrations accommodate residents with different religious preferences
