- BLS provider preferred
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
- Heart saver AED preferred

- High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience

Job Duties
- Coordinate activity based programs in support of patient care plan
- Coordinate assessment of activity needs to meet individual treatment goals and objectives
- Facilitate and participate in activity related projects and events
- Keep treatment area clean, safe, and organized
- Perform clerical tasks as assigned
