Job Duties

  • Strategically plan, coordinate, oversee, and manage a diverse array of events, including children's and adult activities, both free and paid, as well as movie nights
  • contribute to the creation of a comprehensive activities calendar for the resort
  • take charge of activities setup and cleanup
  • establish and maintain a robust tracking system to monitor attendance, vendor engagement, revenue, and expenses for each activity
  • assist in ensuring the timely payment of invoices while meticulously documenting all financial transactions
  • actively participate in training team members and volunteers within the Activity department
  • support the development of an events calendar for the upcoming season, adhering to budgetary constraints
  • prepare and distribute newsletters to residents and guests of the resort
  • collaborate in the planning and execution of fundraising activities to strengthen departmental support
  • effectively manage and update inventories of activity supplies
  • ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and supplies
  • fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned
