Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of relevant experience preferred
- ability to work part-time hours, typically 8 to 12 hours per week
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- genuine passion for senior care
- physical capability to assist and engage with seniors
- reliable and punctual
- ability to pass background checks and meet employment eligibility standards
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in activities coordination or event planning preferred
- minimum one year of experience in activities or recreation services preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- organize and facilitate recreational and social activities for residents
- promote social interaction and mental stimulation among seniors
- assist in planning special events and outings
- collaborate with staff to ensure smooth activity execution
- respond to individual resident interests and needs
- maintain activity supplies and environments
- support residents during activities to ensure safety and engagement
