Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working with seniors including those with dementia
- current CPR and First Aid certification
- Arizona Caregiver certification is helpful
- valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- strong communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to collaborate with others and build positive relationships
- excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- comfort managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and varied hours
- comfort using Microsoft Office and web-based tools

Job Duties
- Lead and support group activities including preparation setup cleanup and follow-up
- assist with large group events and special programs
- monitor and document resident engagement during activities
- track attendance and maintain activity records
- provide transportation for residents using the community van as needed
- help create a fun welcoming environment that encourages participation
