Job Requirements

  • Part time availability including weekend shifts
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to perform driver duties without CDL
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and team members
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines under changing priorities
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and adhering to EEO guidelines

Job Duties

  • Ensure memory care residents experience personal satisfaction and enrichment through creative activities
  • Develop newsletter content, flyers, activity calendars, and other collateral materials to support resident, family, and staff engagement
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure visibility and integration of programming
  • Proactively plan and implement events and outings that enrich residents' lives
  • Promote social connectivity by encouraging resident participation and involvement of family and guests
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from residents to refine and improve activities
  • Fulfill driver duties requiring a valid AZ driver's license and adherence to safety practices
