Job Requirements

  • valid Arizona driver’s license
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to work part-time including weekend shifts
  • experience or passion for working with seniors and memory care populations
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
  • good physical health to manage driver duties and activity facilitation

Job Duties

  • Design and implement innovative and creative activities, programs, outings and other events for memory care residents
  • develop newsletter content, flyers, activity calendars, one-pagers, and other collateral materials to support resident, family, and staff engagement
  • collaborate with other department heads to ensure full visibility and coordination of programming
  • promote participation in activities and foster social connectedness among memory care residents
  • gather and respond to feedback from residents to tailor activities to their needs
  • involve family members and guests in activities and programs whenever possible
  • manage driver duties related to the role without requiring a commercial driver’s license
