Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in senior activities or recreation services preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- physical ability to assist with activity set-up and participation
- passion for serving seniors
- willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- plan and organize recreational activities for senior residents
- facilitate social and wellness events to promote engagement
- assist in coordinating community outings and special celebrations
- support residents in participating safely in activities
- develop creative activity schedules tailored to resident interests
- maintain records of events and resident participation
- collaborate with other staff to enhance resident life quality
