Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in healthcare hospitality or activities preferred
- ability to connect with seniors and engage them in activities
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- physical ability to assist with event setup and breakdown
- valid driver’s license for those driving community vehicles
- age 21 or over to drive company vehicle
Job Qualifications

- you use talents such as singing dancing art poetry history or trivia
- you exercise creativity and offer innovative ideas
- you have a positive attitude and high energy
- you maintain an active driver’s license in good standing
Job Duties
- get to know the residents to plan and implement spiritual physical intellectual cultural and emotional programming
- promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities
- participate in activities including games painting singing and music
- organize and run events
- utilize social media email and newsletters to showcase daily activities
- occasionally drive company vehicle to transport residents to events if over 21 and licensed
- help set up and break down events and activities
