Under the guidance of the Life Enhancement Coordinator, the incumbent will design and lead diverse activities and events such as arts and music, wellness programs emphasizing physical exercise and mindfulness, opportunities for spiritual fulfillment, and intellectual pursuits that promote continuous learning and cognitive stimulation. This role is crucial in fostering a sense of purpose and belonging among residents, helping them to feel valued and integrated within their community.

Additionally, the candidate must show adaptability, persistence, and flexibility to respond to the evolving needs and preferences of residents. Providing an inviting and stimulating environment for seniors with varying cognitive and physical abilities is a fundamental aspect of the job. Experience or willingness to understand dementia and strategies for enhancing the lives of those affected is highly valued.

It also provides its employees with comprehensive benefits, a collaborative atmosphere where opinions are valued, and opportunities to innovate within the rapidly growing senior care industry.
