Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work weekend day shifts
- Part-time commitment
- Ability to interact effectively with elderly residents
- Willingness to assist in multiple activities including meal support
- Reliable and punctual
- Clear background check
- Ability to follow instruction and work under supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with elderly or memory care residents preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Basic organizational and documentation skills
Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and carrying out of the facilities life enrichment program
- Conduct one on one activities with residents
- Collaborate with outside community organizations or volunteers
- Document all participation from residents
- Assist in timely decorating for holidays or special events
- Assist during mealtime as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
