Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year of experience in activities or recreation services preferred
ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
genuine passion for helping seniors
effective communication skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in organizing activities or event planning preferred
one year of activities or recreation services experience preferred
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to engage and motivate senior residents
creativity and enthusiasm for program development

Job Duties

organize and lead daily activities and events tailored to senior residents
maintain records of participation and report resident engagement
collaborate with other staff to ensure programs meet resident needs
provide support and encouragement to residents during activities
assist with decorating and setting up event spaces
communicate effectively with residents and their families about activities
help foster a positive and inclusive community culture
