Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM
- Willingness to work in assisted living and memory care settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage seniors in activities
- Previous experience preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to resident well-being and company mission
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in activities coordination or recreational services preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in activities or recreation services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with seniors including those with memory care needs
- Organizational and planning skills
- Compassionate and patient approach
Job Duties
- Plan and organize recreational activities and events for residents
- Facilitate social, cognitive, and physical engagement programs
- Collaborate with staff to tailor activities that meet individual resident needs and preferences
- Monitor resident participation and adjust activities to optimize enjoyment and benefit
- Maintain inventory and prepare materials for activities
- Document activities and resident progress
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment during all activities
