Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Willingness to work in assisted living and memory care settings
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to engage seniors in activities
Previous experience preferred but not mandatory
Commitment to resident well-being and company mission

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in activities coordination or recreational services preferred
Minimum of one year experience in activities or recreation services preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with seniors including those with memory care needs
Organizational and planning skills
Compassionate and patient approach

Job Duties

Plan and organize recreational activities and events for residents
Facilitate social, cognitive, and physical engagement programs
Collaborate with staff to tailor activities that meet individual resident needs and preferences
Monitor resident participation and adjust activities to optimize enjoyment and benefit
Maintain inventory and prepare materials for activities
Document activities and resident progress
Ensure a safe and supportive environment during all activities
