Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in activities or volunteer coordination preferred
  • ability to pass drug test and background check
  • tuberculosis test and physical evaluation required
  • Covid-19 and influenza vaccination as mandated by law
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • reliable and compassionate attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in senior living activity coordination or similar role
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate volunteers
  • knowledge of resident care and engagement strategies
  • certification in activities coordination is a plus
  • CPR and first aid certification preferred
  • proficiency in program planning and community outreach

Job Duties

  • Develop and lead resident-centered activity programs
  • coordinate and manage volunteer efforts
  • build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • organize social, recreational, and educational activities
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
  • assist with special community events
