Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in activity coordination or volunteer management preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- willingness to comply with health and safety pre-employment screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in activity coordination or volunteer management preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of seniors
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- proficiency with basic computer applications
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and lead a resident-centered activity and volunteer program
- organize engaging events and social activities tailored to senior residents
- coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling
- collaborate with families and staff to assess resident needs and preferences
- monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary
- foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that encourages resident participation
- maintain accurate records and reports related to activities and volunteer involvement
