Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
College courses in marketing or project management desired
Knowledge and experience of fitness industry including racquet sports and club amenities
Current lifeguard certification or ability to pass within 60 days
Current CPR certification or ability to pass within 60 days
Knowledge and experience of swimming and swim lesson programming
Experience supervising or leading swim lesson programming
Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or sales preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality
Flexible and positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong event planning and organizational skills
Ability to swim 100 meters freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly
Bilingual skills a plus
High regard for safety
Willing to travel to other clubs
Must be Trustline registered or willing to be registered

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
College courses in marketing or project management desired
Knowledge and experience in the fitness industry including racquet sports and club amenities

Knowledge of swimming and swim lesson programming
Prior experience in supervising swim lessons

Job Duties

Develop all in-club activities programs including tennis, swim, and pickleball
Retain club members by listening to their needs and presenting solutions
Retain activity participants through member feedback
Plan, schedule, and execute all club activities
Serve as instructor or lifeguard when needed
Plan and execute marketing events
Coordinate swim lessons at home and other clubs
Maintain relationships with event vendors and partners
Coordinate advertising on social media for events
Manage club activities content on the website
Order supplies and maintain inventory for activities
Provide administrative support for club activities
Supervise kids summer programs ensuring safety
Act as local community liaison
Manage club event planning and party rentals
Review daily KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
Execute marketing programs to boost retention and conversion
Work within budgets to improve efficiencies and reduce expenses
Lead by modeling In-Shape core behaviors
Maintain a safe, clean, well-run club
Interact with members and gather feedback
Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Review social media results for improvements
