Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- genuine interest in working with elderly residents including Alzheimer’s and Dementia
- experience with social or recreational activities programs preferred
- commitment to confidentiality regarding resident information
- ability to maintain patient and tactful composure
- availability to work Tuesday through Saturday 12 PM to 8 PM
- reliable and personable character

Job Duties
- Plan and implement activities programs that meet the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents
- coordinate social events such as holiday and birthday celebrations
- organize community outings and exercise programs
- assist in arranging on-campus and off-campus activities
- motivate and encourage resident participation
- maintain confidentiality of resident information
- collaborate with team members to enhance resident engagement
