Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license and clean driving record
- interest in working with elderly residents including those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia
- experience preferred but not required
- ability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 12 pm to 8 pm
- commitment to confidentiality
- ability to maintain patience and tact in interactions

Job Duties
- plan and implement activities programs that meet residents' physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs
- coordinate and assist with social events, holiday and birthday celebrations, and community outings
- encourage and motivate residents to participate in activities
- collaborate with team members to organize on-campus and off-campus events
- maintain confidentiality regarding resident information
- interact with residents, family members, staff, and visitors with patience and tact
- monitor activity outcomes and adjust programs as needed
