- Prior experience in a service-oriented role preferred

Job Qualifications
- Experience in residential property management or related community service roles
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate community events
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Good communication skills
- Experience with customer service and resident engagement
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide outstanding residential services including creating event calendars and coordinating outings
- Oversee resident-led activities
- Lead and assist with routine community functions such as continental breakfasts
- Coordinate and collaborate with other ACTIVE Program Directors
- Support team members as needed
- Assist with lead generation through events and promotions
- Contribute to lead conversion and customer fulfillment by delivering an active lifestyle
