Job Requirements
- must be 16 years or older
- ability to work on your feet for long periods
- comfortable working at heights and assisting guests with harnesses and equipment
- ability to remain calm and focused in high-energy or emergency situations
- availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during school breaks
- friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

- previous experience in customer service, childcare, or active recreation is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- monitor all attractions to ensure guests are following safety rules and guidelines
- enforce policies firmly and professionally
- operate and supervise the trampoline park, ropes course, and Clip 'n Climb stations with confidence and care
- provide friendly and proactive customer service-answer questions, assist with harnessing and gear, and help guests feel comfortable and confident
- perform daily inspections of equipment and attractions
- report any hazards or malfunctions immediately
- keep the activity areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- assist with opening/closing procedures, special events, and cross-training in other areas as needed
- be alert and ready to respond to injuries, incidents, or emergency situations following the facility's protocols
