Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports management, communications, business administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Understanding of marketing, advertising and public relations principles
- Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment
- Highly developed verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Ability to organize and plan multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines
- Previous experience requiring accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based applications
- Desired previous experience working in the sports industry
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with planning and execution of sponsorship events
- Ensure successful execution fulfilling contractual obligations
- Support Activation Managers by managing off-site activations
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to capture event vision
- Coordinate with vendors to support event objectives
- Manage event operations including timelines, staffing, budgets, and layouts
- Lead event meetings and brief key stakeholders
- Perform event wrap-ups and post-event analysis
- Work with departments on event setup, security, and logistics
