Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in sales
  • Valid California Real Estate License
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven track record in sales with increasing responsibilities
  • Experience within the timeshare industry preferred
  • Degree related to the field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory position within sales
  • Valid CA Real Estate License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • Proven track record of 2 years with increasing responsibilities within sales
  • 2 years of experience in the Timeshare industry
  • Degree related to the field of position preferred

Job Duties

  • Partner with sales management staff and senior sales leadership as well as contracted vendors to integrate all sales philosophies, strategies and techniques including all sales tools to improve Net Owner Growth
  • Lead mentoring and training of sales team members to improve their overall sales performance including one-on-one counseling, classroom modules, ride-along, role playing and providing study materials such as written, video and audio tools
  • Facilitate the use of groundbreaking training systems and methods to optimize sales efficiencies and exceed targeted net sales volume each quarter
  • Manage the sales line using leadership tasking, floor governance, and one-on-one mentorship and counseling
  • Build a successful sales workforce and positive workplace through daily management and strong sales floor processes including continual training of groups and individuals
  • Plan and facilitate morning meetings for Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, and managers
  • Improve business results, customer experience, efficiencies, and increase cash down payment at point of sale
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management based on business needs
