Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to follow dress code and workplace safety policies
- Capability to use large culinary equipment safely
- Compliance with health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
- Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation techniques
- Ability to operate large volume culinary equipment including slicers, mixers and food processors
- Understanding of food safety and HACCP guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Job Duties
- Clock in and out for workday and breaks
- Always provide highest quality service per ISS Guckenheimer and client standards
- Utilize food preparation procedures complying with federal, state and local regulations
- Apply basic cooking and prep techniques as required by assignment
- Execute NetMenu recipe preparation as directed by production sheets and chefs
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following ISS Guckenheimer and government procedures
- Notify management of ingredient discrepancies, safety issues, or other concerns
- Attend all scheduled meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
