Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of cashier experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high retail traffic days
  • Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and energy
  • Capable of maintaining composure under pressure
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Maintains high level of personal and professional integrity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of previous cashier experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred
  • Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet usage
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and answer their questions appropriately
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills to overcome language barriers
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably and confidently about products
  • Understanding of store policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet the customer with a smile and eye contact and offer your name
  • Interact genuinely and naturally with the customer
  • Act as an ambassador to the Insider Program
  • Engage customers in verbal and nonverbal conversation at Cashwrap and while in line
  • Assess store environment and customer needs and match service appropriately
  • Perform cashier end-of-shift audits in partnership with store management
  • Verify, approve, and complete return processes in accordance with policy
  • Ensure repairs are processed correctly in partnership with management
  • Label and ticket damaged or scrap returns in partnership with management
  • Assist in training and development of Cashiers
  • Monitor and report equipment issues to management
  • Maintain SKU integrity
  • Keep Cashwrap organized and clean
  • Suggest multiple add-ons and sell gift cards
  • Maintain media and cash accuracy in compliance with policy
  • Deliver product purchases to the customer appropriately
